Forged Republic Shipping Policy

At Forged Republic, every piece of gear is made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner, Printful. This means your apparel is created specifically for you once your order is placed—no dusty warehouse shelves, no mass-produced shortcuts.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

All products are made to order.

Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days
Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days
During high-volume periods (such as holidays, special promotions, or new releases), fulfillment may take longer

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time includes both production and shipping.

United States Orders

Standard Shipping: Typically arrives 5–9 business days total
- 2–5 business days for production
- 3–4 business days for transit
Express Shipping (when available): Typically arrives 3–8 business days total
- 2–5 business days for production
- 1–3 business days for transit

International Orders

International delivery times generally range from 7–25 business days total, depending on destination, customs processing, and local carriers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Product type
Quantity ordered
Shipping destination
Selected shipping method

Forged Republic uses Printful’s shipping rates, which vary by product category and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Multiple Packages

Orders containing different product types may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we work with reliable production and shipping partners, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

Severe weather
Carrier disruptions
Customs processing
Incorrect shipping information
High seasonal demand

Forged Republic is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) so we can investigate and make it right.

Military and APO/FPO Addresses

We proudly ship to APO/FPO military addresses whenever supported by our fulfillment partner. Delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard domestic shipments.
